The comparison between frame scaffolding and tubular scaffolding.
Frame scaffolding
- It is so easy to erect and dismantle the frame scaffolding and the erection speed is about 2-3 times that of the tubular scaffolding kind and the working strength is rather lower.
- The maximum working load of each frame is +25KN, which is 2.5 times higher than that of the tubular scaffoldings. The frame scaffolding is reasonable and with higher safety ratio. The scaffolding with fully planked board can fully secure the safety of the workers.
Tubular scaffolding
- It is hard to erect and remove the tubular scaffolding as the tubes are heavy weighted. It has more than much couplers so the construction efficiency is rather low while the workers strength is rather tight.
- In the traditional tubular scaffolding system, the maximum exceeding working load shall be within 10KN with a rather lower safety ratio. The assembly height of the scaffolding shall be no more than 30 meters and the for the height over 30 meters, the frames shall be made up with two tubes.
