The advantage of submerged arc welding is:
1. High folding production efficiency. Since the conductive wire length is shortened and current density increased, the penetration and wire arc deposition efficiency are greatly improved. Besides, due to the insulating effect of flux and slag, there is no heat radiation lose to the arc basically. 
2. High fold welding quality. Slag isolated the air. Also, the welding parameters can be automatically adjusted to maintain stable, less demanding on the technical level welders, stable weld composition, better mechanical properties. 
3. Good fold working condition. Manual welding operation has reduced, and no arc radiation.
