Galvanizing:
After the completion of seamless steel pipe manufacturing, pickling, we can offer galvanized coating process for the seamless steel pipe. There are generally three types of galvanizing process which are hanging plating process, blowing plating process and using galvanized steel strips. Hanging plating process is the process can reach the top amount of zinc at the surface of the seamless steel pipe which can reach more than 500g2 per square meter. For Blowing plating process the zinc amount can reach 300g per square meter. However, the zinc amount for galvanized steel strips is around 60-150 g per square meter.
Threading:
After the completion of galvanizing for seamless steel pipe, we can start threaded process for the pipe ends. Threaded processing is a professional lathe procssing required taper, pitch, buckle type ect. We can provide American Standard, British Standard, GB, three types of pipe thread in seamless steel pipe.
