USITC Keeps Anti-dumping Duties on Pipes from some Country
Date:2018-01-11      View(s):1542      Tag:anti-dumping duties, anti dumping duties, USITC

The US International Trade Commission (USITC) has determined that revoking the existing countervailing and antidumping duty orders on imports of circular welded pipe and tube from Brazil, India, Korea, Mexico, Taiwan, Thailand, and Turkey would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. As a result of the Commission’s affirmative determinations, the existing antidumping and countervailing duty orders on imports of these products from Brazil, India, Korea, Mexico, Taiwan, Thailand, and Turkey will remain in place.

This action comes under the five-year (sunset) review process required by the Uruguay Round Agreements Act.

The five-year (sunset) reviews concerning Circular Welded Pipe and Tube from Brazil, India, Korea, Mexico, Taiwan, Thailand, and Turkey were instituted on June 1, 2017.
