Usually we should continue to maintain contact with customers, in order to reduce customer churn phenomenon.
1.Keep in touch. Spend A few minutes to contact the customer every week, and to ask “How is the situation now”, some of customer will tell us where we need to improve or provide valuable information to us.
2.Keeping a log. Record the customer requirements, everything you talk about with the customer and every action, this allows us to have continued to maintain contact with the customer, and also to avoid cracks in the relationship.
3.Customer analytic. It should include “this is the last time to contact the customer” in our record. If the deviation for order or reply to the question we can use this to track customer interactions with the company. We Should act immediately when there were abnormal.
